HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?

Yes, we’ll tell you. BEAU beauty by tailbox is a monthly box that is delivered once a month to our subscribers. Every month we select new, wonderful branded products for our box. No notice period or binding period!

  • BEAU beauty box– this is a continuous subscription without a lock-in period or notice period. Every month, the customer receives a monthly box with 3-5 beauty products, carefully selected to fit into everyday life. The value of the products in the box is always higher than what the customer pays for. Shipping costs will be added.

TERMS OF PURCHASE & INTEGRITY POLICY

GENERALLY

  1. We primarily apply the conditions that are applicable in the Swedish Law/Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises and in the Consumer Purchase Act.

PRICES

  1. All prices are incl. VAT and excl. shipping. Shipping cost per package will be added.
  2. With the exception of obvious typos, the prices and shipping costs that are stated on the website from time to time apply. Prices are stated including VAT.
  3. In the event of a change in some prices, customers will be notified in time before debiting.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION

  1. The customer starts a subscription by going to the checkout & choosing to complete the purchase through Klarna Checkout. Payment is made through Klarna Checkout at checkout.
    1. The purchase is completed via Klarna Checkout or through independent payment methods: Bank account, card or invoice.
    2. Thereafter, the money is automatically deducted according to the agreed plan, once a month for our subscriptions. The customer does not have to think about anything other than making sure to have money in their account or card.
      If the customer has instead used the invoice payment method, an invoice will be sent from Klarna for payment.

    To cancel the subscription, the customer cancels the current subscription on “his page” or by emailing kundservice@tailbox.se. If the customer wants to change the payment method, the customer first cancels the current subscription, makes a new purchase and chooses a new payment method. Tailbox receives new subscription information, stops using the previous ones, and activates purchases on the new ones.

  2. When purchasing, a shipping fee is paid per order.
  3. NOTE! IF PACKAGES ARE NOT COLLECTED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED WITH SEK 200.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    1. You as a consumer always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal on your purchase from the time you receive the box and can then send the product back to us within that time.

    1. When purchasing BEAU tailbox products, a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal is applied to your purchase from the time you receive your delivery. The right of withdrawal only applies to unbroken packaging / box. Usual Swedish right of withdrawal is applied.

    1. Email us at kundservice@tailbox.se that you have regretted your purchase and wait for confirmation from us before you send the product back to us.

    1. A refund will be made as soon as the product / products are available to us.

COMPLAINT

    1. If you have received your box and a product broke during delivery, we will of course help you. Complaints about broken products must be made no later than 1 month after the product has been sent from us.

    1. Email us a picture of the product with a description to kundservice@tailbox.se

  1. An assessment will be made if the product is unusable and if so, a new product will be sent out to you. We cannot guarantee that the product in question is in stock, but another product may be sent out as a replacement.

We process personal data that you have shared with us.

WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data is mainly processed by us at Tailbox AB. We will never sell your personal information. In some cases, we share your personal information in order to fulfill our obligations to you in a good and efficient way:

  • To ensure that you pay us, our payment solution providers will have access to your personal information.
  • In order for us to be able to deliver your products to your home address or delivery point and to handle returns, we will share your personal information with shipping companies.
  • To collect and publish your reviews on our website, we share your personal information with the supplier who provides us with technical solutions for collecting and publishing the reviews.
  • If a friend has tipped you about us via the tips platform, we will share a hashad (unreadable) version of your email address with the technical platform provider that makes it possible to tip friends. The purpose is to know whether we should pay the service provider for the tip or not. Note that the supplier can not convert this to an e-mail address.

Tailbox AB generally processes your personal data within the EU / EEA, but in individual cases we use suppliers from countries outside the EU / EEA. When we transfer your personal data outside the EU / EEA, Tailbox ensures that there is a sufficiently high level of protection.

Our goal is to be as transparent as possible regarding how and why we process your personal data. TREATMENT BEFORE BUYING

In order for us to be able to communicate with you and to receive feedback from you, we must process your personal data. If you do not provide us with your personal information for these purposes, we will not be able to provide you with the service or answer your questions.
